PAS-SHOWER

The air shower is used to decontaminate from the particulate the garments of personnel, entering into a controlled contamination area (cleanroom) or exiting from an area infected or contaminated by dust not to be propagated in adjacent rooms. The air shower is designed in accordance with the personnel flow study. It is entirely realized in stainless steel AISI 304 or 316, externally finished shiny or scotch-brite or carbon steel epoxy painted (internally and externally) color RAL 9010. A proper software creates the optimal process conditions. Doors can be oriented in accordance with the requirement and the access point; they can be placed in a frontal position, at angle or on three sides (version with 3 doors).

MAS- MATERIAL AIR SHOWER

The operating principle is based on the action of filtered air jets with HEPA degree that, at high speed (25 m/sec ~), provoke the detachment of inert or active particles and, therefore, their removal from the objects passing through the shower. Material can pass through the air shower in both directions with different procedures. A proper software creates the ideal process conditions. The air shower can be can be equipped with roll-up doors or glass doors with aluminum frame, the shower dimensions, the type of material that passes through and the kind of movement determine the choice. Doors can be oriented as required and placed in a frontal position, at angle or on three sides (version with 3 doors), based on the access points.

MISTY-WATER-BASED DE-CONTAMINATION SHOWER

The operating principle of Misty decontaminating shower is based on the action of atomized water which, without wetting people, moistens the outer shell of the operator’s suit  (usually in Tyvek) and makes the powder adhere on it. This solution helps prevent any propagation of risky particles outside the area of relevance. The best strategy to achieve this result is to saturate quickly the shower room, atomizing 5-10 μ drops in order to moisten the surfaces and create water pearls on the garments. According to the time of contact under the shower, the water drops will keep increasing until they will start rolling gently down the suit.

PIBY-STATIC AND DYNAMIC PAS BOX

Cube Pas Box PiBy is the ideal solution for material transfer between two areas differently classified, and namely towards class A sterile areas.  PiBy Pas Box is built very accurately; it counts the least possible amount of gaskets between sheets and its internal surfaces of the transfer chamber have no sharp angles and are fully beveled. It is realized in satin stainless steel AISI 304 (or stainless steel AISI 3016 as option), exterior finish Scotch-Brite, very thick glass hatches leaning on high-strength gaskets, external hinges and a solid handle in stainless steel. On the external wall, there are the unit push-button panels. It is equipped with an emergency electromechanical interlock system. As additional option, can be equipped with UV and absolute filter, supplied by external ventilation. A PLC solution controls the proper functioning and provides an individual adjustment of the off/on switching of ventilation and UV cycles, also in the Spray special version.

PIBY VHP

This Pas Box bio-decontamination system makes use of hydrogen peroxide vapors (VHP); it is used for bio-decontamination activities of thermo-labile solid surfaces. It is realized in satin stainless steel AISI 316L (degree of roughness Ra<0,6) and using  materials resistant to

hydrogen peroxide vapors. The bio-decontamination of materials is ensured by a model GE.PI. hydrogen peroxide vapors generator.

GE.PI DECONTAMINATION SYSTEM WITH HYDROGEN PEROXIDE

GE.PI is a hydrogen peroxide vapor generator, used for bio-decontamination activities in containment environments or areas (such as Pas Boxes, insulators, lyophilizes, etc), thermo-labile materials or air conditioning systems. Achieving the objective with the minimum effort, with the lowest use of energy and without damaging the environment: these are the basic concepts on which the project of GE.PI hydrogen peroxide vapor generators have been developed.

The reduction of the amount of bacteria through H2O2 vapors is a largely used technique in a number of fields: pharmaceutical, biotechnological, food, hospital.
